ABOUT TEACH FOR NEPAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Teach For Nepal Alumni Association (TFNAA) is an independent non-profit organization that strengthens the ties between Alumni, the TFNAA community, and TFN. It aims to foster the overall well-being of TFN Alumni and build a lifelong engagement so that more Alumni can benefit from the collective resources and Alumni network that supports TFN’s movement as well as one another. Our vision is an active and engaged TFN Alumni community where members feel connected, supported and confident to lead impactful initiatives to contribute towards an equitable Nepal.

The strategic planning on how the new board is going to function has been developed through mutual consensus and discussions. The board members’ regular weekly meetings have been scheduled and are being followed systematically. For now, we are drafting future programs and brainstorming on the most appropriate ways and ideas. At the outset, our priority is to complete the legal handover in coordination with the outgoing Board. We are also adjourning Board Policies and Team charter with the policies, guidelines, and principles that map the course of actions for the operations and service of the organization.
